EIM Stands for Enterprise Integration Manager and is a component of the Siebel Enterprise System Software.  This component is used for Data Migration from other source systems like legacy, other CRM or other siebel siebel systems

The Responsibilities of EIM analyst are similar to an ETL analyst in Datawarehouse environments.  EIM Analysts in my team are responsible for data mapping, data preparation,  cleansing and Transformation, Data Loading and managing the ongoing batch runs in operations on an ongoing basis.

Most people who have had experience with handling data fit this role well and learning the EIM components itself is a straight forward process. You need to be more logical than technical for that role.
