Who are the best IDM Providers?

I am ready to get off Sun IDM. Currently evaluating multiple products including Oracle, Sailpoint etc. What do you think are the best suites, Our primary KRA's are focussed on ease of migration and ongoing support and administration.

In my opinion, sailpoint is leading the pack right now. Only challenge seems to be availability of talent to effectively implement the same in our organization
